How to use this file:

  1. Go through the skills required for each of the roles you’ve found above and find the requirements that overlap between them and create a single summary.
  2. Fill in the necessary skills, job requirements and proficiency required based on your summary
  3. Fill in where you feel your current proficiency is. Be honest. Self-evaluations are not useful if you’re not honest about where you stand. It might be a good idea to consult with your mentor or manager on where they feel you stand with each.
  4. List any work examples you have (include links)
  5. Mark if Improvement is needed. If yes, mark what actions you plan to take to improve those skills.
